About
How we check the catalog
Every public card has a source, destination, check date, and evidence for its free access or stated limit. A delayed or failed recheck does not by itself hide the last verified card.
From source to listing
- 01
Find a source
Configured GitHub repositories and topic lists give us places to look for free AI tools and offers.
- 02
Check the terms
We inspect the configured source and follow an official, pricing, offer, or documentation page when useful. We record concrete access, quotas, eligibility, and restrictions.
- 03
Publish what the evidence supports
Each public entry links to the service. We keep its supporting evidence behind the scenes, and include eligibility, card requirements, regions, and expiry only when confirmed.
How often we check
- Freebies
- Within 7 days
- Limits and API providers
- Within 72 hours
- Alternatives
- Within 14 days
These are the default checks. A delayed or failed recheck leaves the last verified card visible. We remove a card after confirmed expiry, an invalid or unsafe destination, a verification rejection, or an admin removal.
What to keep in mind
Offers can change after a page is checked, eligibility can vary by country, and a free tier is not a promise of unlimited use. If the evidence is ambiguous, the entry stays out of the public catalog until it can be checked.
Privacy & analytics
We run Umami Analytics on our own server to understand visits and which catalog links and features are useful. It records page views, referrers, browser and device details, language, screen size, approximate location, and the named interactions shown on the site. Umami uses anonymous sessions without cookies; it uses the visitor IP for session and location calculations but does not store the raw IP. We do not attach names or email addresses to analytics, and we do not send search terms or form contents as event data. Self-hosted analytics data stays on our server until we delete it.
If you join the update list, we store your email, selected topics, and consent time in our private database. We do not sell the list. Until email delivery and unsubscribe links are set up, you can request removal through the project maintainers.
Suggest a correction
Send the tool or offer name, its catalog link, and the official page that shows the current terms to partnership@nopaywall.io. This is a shared project contact, not a dedicated support desk; suggestions are not published until they pass the catalog checks.
Sources are configured by the project maintainers. The last-checked date changes only after a successful evidence and destination check; temporary failures keep the previous verified entry visible.
